We honestly couldn’t recommend Chantelle and the campervan highly enough. From the very beginning, Chantelle was amazing. Communication was absolutely perfect, she was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she made the whole experience feel completely straightforward. She also provided really clear instructional videos for everything in the van, so even as campervan novices we knew exactly what we were doing from day one. And the van itself is brilliant. It drives beautifully, has everything you need and became a proper little home for us during our trip. We travelled from London down to Devon, toured around Cornwall, then headed across to Dorset before making our way back to London - we had the best time. The best part, though, was seeing how much our kids loved it (two boys, 5 & 2). They were completely obsessed with their little sleeping pods, cooking in the van and our fun and games around the van - they genuinely thought the whole adventure was magical. It’s one of those family trips we know they’ll remember for years, and we’ve come away with some incredible memories. No problems, no stress - just an amazing adventure in a brilliant van. Lovely to meet Chantelle and provided an easy and straightforward forward handover on both ends (start and finish). Really good Comms when arranging our booking and throughout our trip. We needed a bit of flexibility with our dates and times for which Chantelle was really helpful and accommodating. The van itself was great, the bed set up in particular which was great for our two children (4 and 1). Lots of space and storage. We spent our trip in Devon and Cornwall. The van is big but no problem on the roads there, but as with all big vehicles you are restricted in where you can find parking large enough. Would recommend Chantelle and Erl (the van) to anyone! Having just got back from a wonderful weekend away in the beautifully converted @jubel_explorer, we can’t wait to get out again. It was our first camping trip away as a family to Wittering and I can say we have definitely been converted. Some wonderful memories made, I strongly recommend and will definitely be using Jubel again.  Juillet 2019

The first experience we had through Yescapa was with James & Em’s van - The Jubel Explorer: WHAT A FANTASTIC FAMILY and WHAT A VAN!!! We had great communication from the get go and James was very responsive to questions. The van was great. Highly spacious, well equipped, great interior finish and drove so well. This was the perfect hire experience, Emiliana and James were lovely, the van is lovely, it was great to drive, much much better than other similar sized vans I've driven, comfortable on motorways and back roads.  The van is comfortable to stay in, everything is easy to use and works really well.  I absolutely could not fault the experience in any way.
