Stuart (and Darren) was a great owner. All the pre trip communication was helpful and they were flexible with us on pick up and drop off times. The handover and return was very smooth, with good results explanations for Campervan novices. The van itself is lovely and in excellent condition and we found it easy to use. We went to a music festival and it was very comfortable and more than enough room for our needs. The paintwork got lots of admiring comments. We can thoroughly recommend hiring from Stuart. We had a really positive experience hiring the campervan from Stuart. He was very quick to respond to messages and was friendly and helpful throughout. When we collected the campervan, he took the time to demonstrate clearly how everything worked, which was particularly useful as this was our first time using one. The campervan was immaculate, extremely well looked after and had everything we needed. Stuart was also very flexible about the collection and return times and it was really convenient to be able to leave our car there while we were away. What a fantastic adventure we have had in Bertie. Our two children had the best time exploring the Peak District and experiencing campervan life. From the initial enquiry, to booking, to collecting the keys, the whole process was made so easy thanks to Stuart and his excellent communication.
