First time renting a campervan and it was absolutely perfect! Alun was brilliant and very thorough with the handover, taking plenty of time and having lots of patience to explain how everything worked. Before the pick up of the van if i had any queries Alun responded quickly. The handover was smooth and Alun went through everything I needed to know, with a follow up of written instructions. The van was really easy to drive and park up, I did not use electric hook up, as the van had solar power for small electrical items (USB only) and gas for cooking on. The weather for the weekend was not great, but being in the camper was dry and cosy. Overall a fantastic experience. Juin 2026

We’ve hired vans before but never in the UK, never with a toddler and never through Goboony so this was a first on multiple fronts! We booked last minute and Alun was extremely communicative. When we picked up the van he was great at explaining all the features. The van drives well / feels mechanically sound and the conversion is excellent - it’s probably the best can we’ve hired in terms of arrangement / storage etc. Would definitely hire again. Avril 2026
