Matt had excellent communication throughout the experience. The handover was in depth so I knew how everything worked before I set off. Matt also sent me videos on setting up and packing away. Firstly, Matt was incredibly accommodating. After a last-minute cancellation with another provider, he accepted our same-day booking on his 2022 VW without any hesitation. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The van itself was professionally converted by Matt to a very high standard. It was a pleasure to drive, with the wheels making for a really smooth ride.
