Bonjour, je suis Richard !

Après plus de 20 ans dans l'hôtellerie, je me suis installée dans le magnifique comté de Somerset il y a plus de dix ans et suis rapidement tombée sous le charme du Sud-Ouest de l'Angleterre. Ma passion pour les voyages et l'aventure m'a conduite à acheter un camping-car pour explorer toutes les merveilles de cette région splendide, des côtes escarpées aux douces collines verdoyantes. Aujourd'hui, je suis ravie de partager cette expérience avec d'autres voyageurs à travers Moonlight Adventures, et de leur faire découvrir la liberté et la joie de vivre sur les routes.

We had an amazing trip in Richard's van. Richard gave us lots of his time when doing the initial handover. As we were new to campervans and Goboony this was very much appreciated. The goboony GoForm was a simple process to follow. The van had everything we needed and more! The cab part was very comfortable for driving longer distances and the air con great. The swivel seats really made the living space when relaxing in the later evening. The kitchen area was well equipped. The fridge, oven, sink all very usable. As it was warm the sun/bug blinds and awning were so helpful. We managed to get a lovely breeze through the van. The pop top roof was great fun. Although you do need to be physically capable to climb up the ladder and pull the pop top back down and secure it, but I don't think that's unusual this set up. Richard provided a super helpful manual for the van which we referenced often. Just one tip, do mind your head on the arm of the bike rack when closing the backdoor. We took a trip to Wales with our two small dogs for four nights, staying in a couple of campsites along the way. We made some amazing memories and hope to book with Richard again in the future. I very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to make an exception. Richard and the Swift Trekker X were both excellent. Our interactions with Richard from Moonlight Adventures, and the booking process through Goboony, were nothing but first-class. From the quick response to our initial enquiry, to the phone call a few days before our holiday to run through the campervan, Richard's introduction and briefing on the van, assistance whilst we were out on the road, and even when we dropped the van off, he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. As for the van itself, it's a real head-turner and comfortably accommodated myself, two teenagers, and Rollo the family dog. It was an absolute pleasure to drive and, despite its size, I had no real issues parking it thanks to the rear-view camera. As first-time campervanners, we were a little apprehensive at first, but Richard took the time to talk us through all the features and workings of the van. By the time we hit the open road, we felt completely confident and ready for the adventure ahead. The campervan has everything you could possibly need, but the pop-top gets a special mention. It's worth booking this van for the pop-top alone. With the sides fully unzipped and rolled up, it was an absolute pleasure sitting up there and taking in the views. We had a fantastic road trip and wouldn't hesitate to hire from Richard again. The whole experience had a real wow factor, from the van itself to the support we received throughout. We had a great time at Hay Festival in the van. It was perfect for our needs. Richard was a pleasure to deal with, always communicative and helpful and the check-in/check out process was extremely easy. The van was in perfect condition and was a pleasure to drive. Thorough instructions for everything was provide, along with the essential necessities. Highly recommend and we'll likely be back next year to rent again! Thank you Juin 2026

This was our first goboony camper vanhire and, thanks to Richard, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our handover was really helpful - everything was demonstrated and explained and Richard was then super responsive to any follow up questions we had. We headed to Swanage for a reunion with a big friendship group and the stunning campervan was the envy of many leading to many 'viewings'. The extra height and space was great and, in hot weather, the van stayed cool with the doors open and fly screens drawn. It was also very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We plan to hire the Swift Trekker X again and will probably also make use of the additional inflatable drive-away awning. Mai 2026

Richard was very friendly and helpful in showing me how everything worked. There was also a detailed user manual for when I forgot something. The camper was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my 5-day stay (semi) off grid in Dartmoor. I will definitely rent this again, 5 stars! Thank you Richard. Mai 2026
