We had the most amazing weekend with Lykke! We were celebrating my wife's birthday and our anniversary, and Amy made it feel really special from the start! She'd left us a bottle of champagne and a card waiting in the van, which was a lovely touch. Lykke was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Unfortunately we had an engine/oil fault partway through the trip and ended up broken down in the middle of Wales somewhere - but even then, we had a comfortable home on wheels, a full fridge, and everything we needed to just wait for the AA without any stress. Amy was incredible throughout. She was responsive, genuinely apologetic, and so helpful in sorting everything. She refunded us for the night we lost and the campsite we couldn't get to. The engine failure was nobody's fault, just one of those things, and the way it was handled made all the difference. We've been talking about getting our own campervan for years, and this trip (breakdown and all!) has only made us want one more. Until we do, we'd rent Lykke again in a heartbeat. Thank you Amy, you turned what could've been a stressful situation into a genuinely lovely weekend x Juillet 2026
