Ross was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took his time when handing over the van, showing me everything and making sure I was happy and comfortable with how everything worked. When I had a mishap with the key, which was ultimately found, Ross was really reassuring and helpful throughout, making sure I was okay and that everything was sorted. He was just as relaxed and helpful when we returned the van, taking his time and making the whole process very easy. The van itself is lovely and had everything we needed. It was a great home for a very rainy week, giving us a cosy place to shelter when the Scottish weather did its thing! I’d definitely recommend Ross and the van. Août 2026

Van perfetto per il nostro viaggio in Scozia! 🚐🏴 Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario: acqua, bombola del gas, lenzuola, asciugamani, sacchi a pelo e tantissimo altro. Era tutto pulito, organizzato e pronto per partire, davvero non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Il van è stato perfetto per il nostro giro e ci ha permesso di goderci il viaggio in totale comodità. Anche il proprietario è stato fantastico: super disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci e a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Esperienza davvero positiva, lo consigliamo assolutamente! 😊 Août 2026

Notre road trip s'est très bien passé avec le van de Ross. Le van est bien équipé (tables, chaises, auvent) et très facile à conduire pour moi qui conduisais pour la 1ere fois à gauche et avec une boite automatique. Ross est très sympathique et a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et petits soucis lors du voyage. Août 2026

We had a great time in Ross & Susie’s van! They were both lovely and very easy to communicate with and flexible with handover times and questions along the way, etc. They were so kind to provide bedding for us as well as we were travelling from abroad. Much appreciated. The van itself is a good drive and was spacious enough for our family of 4. The kitchen setup with extra air fryer also worked really well for making simple meals. Only small comment is that a knife for chopping food and a few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. Would definitely recommend the van to anyone - it was great! Juillet 2026
