En cas d’immobilisation du véhicule suite à une panne ou un incident, vous serez pris en charge par l’assistance prévue par le loueur. Un numéro dédié vous permettra de joindre la compagnie d’assistance et vous renseignera sur les étapes de prise en charge.

Lorsque vous payez sur Yescapa, la rémunération du propriétaire du véhicule est conservée sur un porte-monnaie unique et sécurisé jusqu’au lendemain de votre départ en location. Ainsi, pas de mauvaise surprise, le propriétaire vous accueille le jour du départ pour préparer vos premiers pas avec son véhicule. Quelques jours plus tard, la rémunération arrive sur le compte bancaire du propriétaire.
