we loved our weekend away in James’ camper! The camper had everything we needed and james was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. If you’re looking at hiring a camper - this is the one you should go for. Communication with james was easy, he answered any questions we had prior to us booking right the way through until we returned the van to him. We will definitely book again - cant wait! Août 2023

So glad we chose this van to have our first campervan adventure in! What a week it was! 2x adults, 2x kids and a dog - plenty of space for a week exploring mid and north Wales. We selected the van based on the reviews and we weren't let down. James had thought of everything. Very attentive and thoughtful. He was very friendly and made time to help show us the ropes. Communication was brilliant. The handover and return process was painless. James even stored our family car whilst we were away. The features and amenities inside the van were great and easy to use. The van drove effortlessly with ease. The awning was a space-saving bonus as we stored all of our gear inside it. Definitely one experience I'd happily recommend. Août 2023

Great van, drive really well and was plenty big enough for the four of us. Very simple to set up for the overnights and take down again for travelling. James was great with a full handover and checking in to ensure we were OK once out on our holiday. Fantastic communication from him prior to collection and for the return too. We toured around Wales for 5 days in this van, very easy to drive and comfortable to stay in. James was very professional and relaxed. He showed us how to get the best out of the van during our stay. Would definitely hire again. 5⭐ Août 2023

Contact between myself and James 10/10 Equipment in the van was 10/10 Van 6/10 Only downside of my trip, was that the van leaked water on to the bed, Fridge still had a packet of ham from the last people who rented it, the bit of the bed you sit on was loose and had to fix it, the pop top mattress had a bad odour smell and stains. Was offered recompense £££ but not yet received it, even after 3 texts messages. Juillet 2023

Réaction de James Thanks for your review Dominic, I am sorry that your experience wasnt quite as positive as everyone elses. As discussed there were some issues with the previous rental and a short time until your booking. All issues have now been fully repaired and your recompense paid as agreed - once I had received the payment for the booking and the deposit return. Id like to point out that you didn't chase 3 times for the payment. The first was a text confirming that you had received an email from Goboony to confirm the deposit would be repayed an thanking us for hiring the van. The second was to update that the deposit had been received. The 3rd asking about the recompense on Sunday evening (whilst I was out at a family event). Payment was made Monday morning. Once again apologies for the issues that you experienced, hence my offer to recompense. All problems have now been fixed.

Took the van for 4 nights down to Bournemouth (via Peppa Pig world) and it was fantastic. Very spacious and comfy, everything worked well. 2 adults and a baby, the baby slept on the rock and roll bed with an adult and the other was on the pop top. James was great, messaged to check we were ok and vert accommodating with collection and drop off. Would definitely rent from him again Juin 2023

We had a great trip to Shell Island in Caroline. We were two adults, a ten year old and a dog. We had hired the awning tent too, to provide us with some much needed shade, and found we had plenty of room. The van had everything we needed for a few days away and was easy to drive. James was exceptionally helpful and responsive, despite having his hands full with a new baby. He checked in with us to make sure everything was OK and made it clear that he was contactable if we had any questions or worries. We would definitely recommend hiring this van, and hope to do so again ourselves in the future. Thanks so much James. Juin 2023

We are thinking of changing our caravan for a camper so hired James’ van as a trial. We absolutely loved it ! The van was fantastic to drive and very comfortable for the two of us and our Labrador. James was the perfect host and very flexible with timings. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience of a camper. We are now camper converts and the caravan has to go.
