Mixed feelings about this experience. Never met Stuart - his lovely dad did the handover both ends. Apparently the key had been left in the ignition the night before (!) so the starter battery was dead. This was a two-hour delay for our agreed pickup time, which was communicated to us 20 minutes before we were to pickup. The battery was charged apparently but despite this and two hours driving we still had to get a jumpstart from someone in a carpark. Tried to call Stuart when it wouldn't start but no answer. Wrote to say we had to get a jumpstart from someone and then got a message to say the battery looked OK from the tracker (?) and that there were cables under the seat. No apology. Let him know when it started the next morning because you know, basic decency, but got nothing back. So not the best customer service in any way shape or form. The van itself was fine. Old. The heating is completely nuts. Hot or nothing. The kitchen equipment is one kettle, one small pan and one saucepan no lid. Towels not provided despite it saying there were. We had a great trip, but would book something else next time. Octobre 2024

We had a great weekend exploring the Scottish Highlands in Stuarts campervan. The campervan itself was immaculate and had everything we would need. Stuart was fantastic and always on hand to help with any questions we had while away. Would definitely recommend! Septembre 2024

I rented Stuart’s van as a trial prior to getting one of my own, and he was very helpful. The bed is comfy, the van drives well, and there’s plenty of storage space. Many thanks Stuart. Août 2024

Brilliant camper had everything we needed for a few days away in sunny Scotland. Stuart was great at showing us how to use everything and assured us he was on the end of the phone if we needed him (we didn’t). Van was a dream to drive really easy and comfortable.
