Bonjour, je suis Holly !

Glasgow, Royaume-Uni – Membre depuis mai 2024

Nous avons acheté Vance en 2018 et sommes devenus les deuxièmes propriétaires. Cela faisait partie de notre lune de miel au cours de laquelle nous avons voyagé de Glasgow à la Scandinavie et revenir à travers l'Europe.

Depuis, nous avons exploré le NC500, Wild Atlantic Way (Irlande et NI), Lake District et cela nous a permis d'économiser plusieurs centimes en faisant également office d'hébergement après un mariage ou deux !

Depuis que nous avons maintenant deux petits ajouts à notre famille, nous n'avons plus le temps dont nous disposions avant pour partir explorer. Nous vous offrons donc à tous l'opportunité de créer des souvenirs inoubliables avec Vance, tout comme nous l'avons fait (et nous le faisons toujours, mais pas aussi souvent ni sans souci !).

We had a very mixed experience with the camping car, since we had a mechanical failure which did not allow us to continue the trip. I want to mention very clearly that the experience with Holly and Ewan (the owners) was very good despite the breakdown. The breakdown was not their fault, just a part failure that is not scheduled maintenance or anything. I don't blame them and the communication was very good before, during and after the breakdown. However, I was very disappointed in Goboony. They offered very little help and just sent us to the AA for help. The AA was great and figured everything out and got us into a different rental (it was a car, but at least we could continue to explore Scotland). Goboony's insurance is quite expensive (around £32 per day) and they do not reimburse for breakdowns, which I find to be extremely unfair (we used the van for 5/9 days and through no fault of our own we lost 4 x £32 of insurance and also 4 days of exploring in a van). I am extremely unlikely to work with goboony again because I do not agree with these policies. I would, however, be open to working with Holly and Ewan again because, as mentioned, none of this was their fault and communication was good and honest. Août 2025

Thanks. Very good communication with Holly during the vehicle pickup/drop off. Available and patient with explanations. Everything you need on board is there. I recommend an extra 10-liter water container. Reliable vehicle. The advantage of the size on Scottish single roads. And... an unforgettable stay in Scotland. Thank you !) Août 2025
