Joe was lovely to work with for our trip, he always replied to messages quickly and was really helpful when we accidentally drained Anabel's battery. Thanks for all your help Joe, i hope we can rent off of you again one day! Août 2025

The campervan was great, and the contact with Joe was too. When I had a question, Joe was fast in reaction and always willing to help. The van drives fine and is complete and we had a lovely and relaxing vacation. We did have an empty battery and Joe was really great in handeling that situation and getting us some help. After that one time, we didn't have any trubble. There is an instruction for the use of the van, that you get when you rent de van. But what is missing is how to fill the GPL tank. Août 2025

Réaction de Joe Thank you, Tamar — it was a pleasure hosting you! I’m so glad you and your son had a great time. 🙂 Regarding the battery, for some reason it dropped to 11.8v instead of the usual 12v. I’m not entirely sure why — it could have been something minor like the rear-view camera, air conditioning, or radio. The van has since been driven without any issues. Unfortunately, we received some incorrect advice from the RAC that day, which caused you a bit of a delay. Rest assured, the battery was never actually flat or empty and you got back to London fine the next day. Thank you for leaving the van tidy :) Best, Joe

Had a great week, Annabel has everything you need to be comfortable and has a great engine so tackled the hills with no problems at all. The air con in the cab and the living space definitely came in handy last week! The bed is also SO comfy and spacious we slept really well which was wonderful. Many thanks to Joe for being so flexible with pick up and drop off times and extreme patience with all my questions! I definitely recommend Annabel and her owner Joe for your campervan adventure. Joe and the van were great - would book again and recommend to others. Before we picked the Van up, Joe was great in replying to our questions and was very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times/ arrangement. During pick up, Joe explained everything about the Van which allowed us to quickly get on our way. Van was very clean, fully functioning and had no problems. Mai 2025
