Terms of Sale and Delivery
In the following you will find useful information in connection with your stay and use of our online booking system. You can read about how we process your entered information and how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase in our booking system. The following terms and conditions apply regardless of whether you make a reservation via online booking, e-mail, telephone or show up at the site without a prior reservation.

Payment
All prices listed in our online booking system: "Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft", are stated just like everywhere else on the website and on price tags in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the relevant context.

In our online booking system, payment can be made with one of the following approved payment/credit cards: Dankort, Visa card, MasterCard and Diners.

Information about online transactions
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system.
As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore you are not liable for any misuse of your payment card via the internet.

Shipping and Delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a space for your own tent, or a space for your own caravan/motorhome, you will be charged a portion of the stay cost.
When the booking is approved in our system, a confirmation of your order is sent.

In order for us to send this, however, it is required that you carefully provide the correct email address when booking.
Delivery of the ordered product/stay takes place upon arrival at Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). 
Both of these times are disclosed in the above-mentioned accounts. Refunds are made to the payment card used at the time of booking.

Extension or shortening of stay
When extending the stay, the normal rate for extra nights is paid. Extension is only valid when accepted in writing by Blushøj Camping - Ebeltoft.
No compensation will be given if the stay is shortened either by later arrival or earlier departure than booked, regardless of the reason.

Cancellation and refund

A confirmed booking can be cancelled under the following conditions:

If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. An administration fee of DKK 350 will be withheld, however deposits under DKK 400 will not be refunded.

If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you will lose the entire deposit, unless you have taken out cancellation insurance.

The customer is not released from payment of the rent if, due to personal circumstances or force majeure (war, strike, natural disasters, epidemic, closure of borders and the like), the customer is prevented from exercising the right of use that the customer has according to the booking.

Property Damage and Equipment

Should any damage occur to Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft's equipment, buildings, or other materials belonging to the campsite during your stay, caused by you, your family, or your guests, you are obligated to report the damage to the campsite staff as quickly as possible and without further delay. You will be liable for compensation to the campsite; the amount of compensation is determined by the campsite staff.

For damage to, for example, building structures, playground equipment including bouncy pillows, carousels, playhouses, water pipes, and electrical installations, the full amount for repairing the damage and any consequential damage will be charged. For damage to doors, windows, glass, and equipment, the full amount for replacement with new items will be charged.

Compensation is paid in cash at the time the damage is reported, as soon as possible thereafter and no later than upon departure from the campsite.

Registration of Information

In connection with booking/purchase, Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft registers your name, address, email, and other information provided in connection with the purchase in our customer database.

The information is not passed on, but "Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft" retains this information for 5 years.

"Blushøj Camping – Ebeltoft" uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to protect the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Privacy Policy – Collection and Use of Personal Data
In connection with your purchase from Blushøj Camping, you have entered a number of personal details, including in particular:

• Your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information.
• We also store your booking information, including the IP address from which the booking was made.

We process this personal data in connection with the handling of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the agreement, and for a subsequent period of 5 years. After that, the information is deleted.

Processing of Personal Data – Consent
If you have checked the box "Subscribe to Newsletter," we process your email address and information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us via email and informing us that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.

Data Security
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a booking or based on your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected, and will be deleted once that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information (Quickpay.dk) and your personal data (Danline.dk). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Access, Objection, Correction, Data Portability, and Deletion

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have them corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to receive the information in a common format (data portability). If you wish to request correction or data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the email address above.
If you no longer wish us to process your personal data, or wish us to restrict the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to that effect at the above email address.
Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have completed your stay.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your email address (so that we can send you our newsletter and relevant offers), this can be done at any time by clicking a link in the individual newsletter email.

Complaints Handling

If, for any reason, you do not receive your reservation confirmation confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the phone number.

Complaints regarding the booking process, the booking itself, or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error, or should have discovered the error upon a normal review of your reservation.

You may complain in writing or verbally. One year after receipt of the product (the stay), the right to complain expires pursuant to Section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, unless otherwise agreed.

When we receive your complaint regarding the booking process, the booking itself, or the product (the stay), we will handle the complaint as quickly as possible.

We will decide whether the product received should be refunded, exchanged, or whether a price reduction should be granted.
