Terms and conditions of sale
Inquiries for mobile home, glamping tent, pitch or Villa Voliera reservations
• Reservation inquiries can be sent by email (info@paapfigo.hr) or by filling out an online
questionnaire on www.papafigo.hr, with responses following within 24 hours.
• Upon inquiry receipt, an offer will be sent to your email address. It will be valid for five days
and in this period we will hold your reservation for the desired period. If you fail to confirm
the reservation and make an advance payment, the offer will cease to be valid upon expiry of
five days.
Reservations, advance payment and full payment
• An offer for a stay at Papafigo campsite will be valid for five days and include an approximate
price, taxes and the advance payment sum. The offer may be valid for a longer period,
depending on the arrival date.
• A reservation will be confirmed if an advance payment corresponding to 30% of the total
offer amount is paid by the offer expiry date.
- A minimum advance payment is EUR 50.
- The sum of the advance payment made will be deduced from the final invoice.
- The balance should be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival or earlier if so is stated in
the offer.
• Any other costs incurred during the stay will be settled either directly upon service use or a
day before checking out. If a guest makes a reservation and intends to arrive to Papafigo
campsite within less than 14 days or unannounced, he/she will need to pay the full
reservation amount as specified in the offer.

• Upon making an advance and full payment please send us a payment receipt to
info@papafigo.hr. To make sure your reservation does not get cancelled, we kindly ask you
to notify us via email that you have made the advance payment.
• If the advance payment specified in the offer is not made by the agreed upon date, Papafigo
campsite may decline or cancel the offer.
• The payment currency is the Croatian kuna (HRK). The prices listed on the website and in the
offer may be expressed in euros and are subject to change as a result of exchange rate
differences over the course of the year.

Changing the date or reservation terms
• A reservation can be modified up to 14 days prior to arrival, depending on available
capacities.
• If the number of persons for a reserved pitch should change, the pertaining costs will be
charged only for the number of persons who have stayed on the pitch, in accordance with
the valid pricelist.
• If the number of persons for a reserved mobile home or glamping tent should change, only
the persons actually staying at the mobile home or glamping tent will be charged. A
maximum mobile home or glamping tent capacity may not be exceeded.
Cancelling a reservation
• Reservations may be cancelled exclusively in writing by e-mail (info@papafigo.hr) or at the
following telephone number: +385 913468000.
• Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled:
a) Up to 14 days prior to arrival, guests will be refunded the full reservation amount
b) From 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival, guest will be charged 30% of total reservation amount
c) Less than 7 days or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged
To qualify for a refund, guests need to deliver the following data in writing:
a) FIRST AND LAST NAME OF THE PERSON WHO HAS MADE THE PAYMENT
b) HOME ADDRESS OF THE PERSON WHO HAS MADE THE PAYMENT
c) IBAN FROM WHICH THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE
d) SWIFT/BIC
e) BANK NAME
f) BANK ADDRESS
ACCOMMODATION UNIT RESERVATIONS
1. PITCHES
- All campsite pitches are the same size.
- Pitch numbers are assigned by the booking agent and communicated to the guests upon their
arrival to the campsite. Guests may specify their preferences regarding the pitch position or appeal,
which will be met depending on the current availability. The campsite staff may not send a list of
available accommodation units to the guests.
● Reserving a desired pitch number is subject to a one-off fee of EUR 70, and the pitch may not be
replaced once the reservation is confirmed (or upon arrival).
2. MOBILE HOMES/GLAMPING TENTS
● Mobile homes and glamping tents may be reserved any day of the week, for a minimum of three
overnight stays.
● Mobile home or glamping tent numbers are assigned by the booking agent and communicated to
the guests upon their arrival to the campsite. Guests may specify their preferences regarding the
mobile home or glamping tent position, which will be met depending on the current availability. The
campsite staff may not send a list of available accommodation units to the guests.
● Reserving a desired mobile home number is possible but depends on availability, and is charged a
one-off fee of EUR 70. The requested mobile home/glamping tent type and number may not be
changed once the reservation is confirmed (or upon arrival).
● Bedding and towels are included in the mobile home/glamping tent price and are changed once a
week, depending on the arrival date.
● Final cleaning is not included in the mobile home/glamping tent price and is charged EUR 35 per
accommodation unit.
● Upon check-in at the reception, guests are required to leave a security deposit of EUR 100 in cash,
which will be returned to them on the check-out day on condition the accommodation unit is left as
found.
● A baby cot and/or a highchair may be provided for children up to 3 years of age at no extra charge,
but they need to be asked for in advance – either when making a reservation or a few days before
arriving to the campsite, to make sure they are available.
3. VILLA VOLIERA
- Villa Voliera may be reserved any day of the week, for a minimum of three overnight stays.
- Bedding and towels are included in the villa price and are changed once a week, depending on the
arrival date.

● Final cleaning is included in the villa price. Additional cleaning is charged according to the valid
pricelist, i.e. EUR 200.
● A baby cot and/or a highchair may be provided for children up to 3 years of age at no extra charge,
but they need to be asked for in advance – either when making a reservation or a few days before
arriving to the campsite.
● Upon check-in at the reception, guests are required to leave a security deposit of EUR 500 in cash,
which will be returned to them on the check-out day on condition the accommodation unit is left as
found.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
1. Mobile homes/bungalows: check-in on arrival day: 4 pm to midnight, check-out on departure day:
7:30 am to 10 am
2. Pitches for campers: check-in on arrival day: 1 pm to midnight, check-out on departure day: 7:30
am to noon
3. Villa Voliera: check-in on arrival day: 4 pm to midnight, check-out on departure day: 7:30 am to 10
am
A stay after the prescribed departure time will be charged as an additional overnight stay.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR WALK-IN GUESTS
1. In order to avoid potential delays or queuing, we recommend paying for your stay a few days
before departure.
2. Payments can be made with any card (EC/MC, Visa, Maestro) or in cash (in HRK). Only one-off
payments are possible.
3. It is not possible to pay in foreign currencies.
4. The prices specified on the pricelist are valid for one overnight stay.
SPECIAL OFFERS
1. Special offers and discounts are published on the campsite's official website or via direct channels.
2. Special offers are valid only for the reservations paid before the offer validity deadline has expired.
Special offers may not be replaced with another or used retroactively.
3. Promotional offers are not valid for the already paid and confirmed reservations. Cancelling a paid
reservation in order to be granted a special offer may result in losing the already paid advance.
4. Camping cards need to be presented upon check-in at the campsite reception or their scan sent
together with an offer inquiry.
5. Camping cards may not be combined with other discounts or special offers.
6. Guest registration fee is charged for each person staying at the campsite, regardless of age. It is
not included in the special price granted to a camping card holder, and it is not possible to get any
discount on it.
PETS
No pets are allowed at Papafigo campsite.
By confirming a reservation, guests will be deemed to have accepted the general terms and
conditions. If a guest accepts the Campsite rules without having read them, he/she loses the right to
lodge a complaint.
