Alex was a superb owner and took the time to explain everything in detail, and was contactable for any Questions. The van was fully equipped and made for a great few days travelling around the peak district.
Will definitely rent again if I don't end up buying my own van :)

What an absolutely amazing time we had in the van and was the envy of all of our friends for sure.
From start to finish Alex was always there to answer any questions or queries and ran through the opperation of it all before we left for our trip.
Will be using him and the van for future trips for sure

We used this amazing van for 5 night and we did around 1400 km. To drive it’s very easy and comfortable. Inside there is everything that you need, our best: the shower with also hot water (you need just 40 min to heat the water, while you drive), and the water tank is very large and we had 4 shower with a full, many usb connection to charge phone or other things (there are also 2 English sockets but to use them you have to be in a camping with energy), the solar panel that thanks for that we didn’t go to any camping for charge the battery (obviously there was sun). The first day Alex explained us everything, he’s very nice and if we had any problems or questions he was always available to answer.
You have to bring the bed sheet and cushions and obviously for the space the bed is not so big but for us was enough (1.58m and 1.75m). Alex left us the van with a full of diesel and a full of water (for shower and sink), and we brought back the van in the same way (we went in a camping to refill the water tank and it was free). It was an amazing and beautiful experience thanks this van.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Schotland met de van van Alex. Alex is ook zeer behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Het is wel een van voor avontuurlijke mensen, dus je mag niet bang zijn soms je handen vuil te maken. Maar als dit het geval is dan is deze van zeker iets voor jou!

Highly recommend this van for any trip away!!!
Alex did an amazing handover, explaining everything which meant my time away went smoothly. I was aiming for some wild camping, where I didnt have to plug in and through Alex's advice, I was able to ultilse the solar panels on the roof and keep the costs down.
The van crives really nicely, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a trip away and great size fridge too. I aim to hire the van again next year for a month and can not wait for my next adventure in Vanny De Vito

We had an excellent experience with Alex and his van. Smooth from start to finish. He even provided links to online videos to show the heating system and electronics. (Tip - download these before travelling to somewhere with no reception!). The van sleeping area was the best we've experienced, and drove very well on those great tyres.Would definitely hire again.

Amazing adventure...
We hired Alex's campervan for a trip to France for a wedding back in April, and loved every minute! The van has all the facilities you need, is extremely cosy and easy to live in. We travelled 5+ hours on 4 out of 6 days of our trip, and enjoyed every minute of the journey, it was lovely to be able to pull over and make a cuppa at any point we fancied! We spent most evenings in the van and found the bed comfortable, it was very easy to sleep with the blackout curtains and window coverings. Alex has been a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout the whole process, gave us a really thorough handover and sent us the links to some useful tutorial videos on how to use the various systems before we set off, so that we could refer to them later if required. The van is an older vehicle and did have some very minor associated quirks (which we felt added to it's character!!), but Alex was on hand via text/phone/whatsapp to be able to give advice when we needed it.
Overall we had a really lovely trip, and would be happy to book this lovely campervan again!
