Dealing with Mike & Amanda was a breeze, they were really friendly & helpful. We had an absolutely fantastic trip in Valerie touring round Scotland. No problems at all.
Valerie gave us the opportunity to wake up in some amazing locations , thoroughly recommend & can’t wait to use her again.

Great contact and information from Amanda. Good instructions on what to do and how to use the motorhome on collection. Responded quickly to a query we had.
Everything we needed was supplied. We used 3 sites in 7 days to test moving around and all worked out perfectly. Good to have space inside for couple and dog. Cosy evenings inside too.

We hired Valerie for 4 nights as an introduction to motorhoming. What a great experience. Certainly given us food for thought.
She had everything we needed and was easier to drive and manoeuvre than expected. We did need to make sure crockery/cutlery etc was padded down to help with rattles - but that seems fairly standard.
Communication with booking was excellent and we were given a very thorough explanation of how everything worked prior to setting off.

Fantastic motor home! It was bright, modern and easy to drive. Communication throughout the booking process was quick with all questions answered thoroughly. The welcome pack had clear instructions on how to use different features such as electricity and gas. We would definitely hire from Amanda again.
It was my 1st experience of using a motorhome and Valerie was a great. She had all the facilities as advertised and drove well. I found the bed a little small and the shower did not get warm, but I believe this was because I took it to a festival with no electrical hook-up. The owners were fantastic to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

We hired Valerie a “ much loved” motor home for our 2 week trip around Scottish Highlands. However Valerie did come with a list of faults! These being broken water filler cap thus spilling out the fresh water whilst driving, leaking shower tap in the toilet enough so we had to turn off the water pump after using the taps, and also a starting issue with the engine. It was pot luck if she would start first time. This rarely happened….. a breakdown wait to happen?
There was also a wheel trim missing and the motorhome had been not been cleaned particularly well. There was medication on paperwork relating to the previous hirer left in the van. Clearly Valerie didn’t appear as loved at it stated in her advert. This did disappoint us somewhat but it never stopped us enjoying our holiday.

It was our first time in a motorhome with our 2 daughters. We all had fun and felt very comfortable and warm at night.
Amanda gave us a tour of the motorhome before departing. We felt ready for our trip.

We had a wonderful motohome experience. 'Valerie' has everything we needed. Amanda and family were lovely, giving us all the info and help we required. We had a lovely few days away in Valerie, even in October. Very comfortable and well laid out, with lots of nice little touches and well organised by Amanda and Mike. A few minor niggles like the waste water indicator playing up (occasionally showing full after it was emptied) but overall very good. Maggie the Border Collie wasn't a big fan but got more used to it after a while. Would definitely book again!

Amanda & family were incredibly helpful from start to finish of hiring out our first Motorhome - the paperwork was sorted quickly, we were sent videos beforehand of how to use the basics such as the internal panel, the waste cassette etc, they were more than accommodating with the times of handover and return.
