We hired this motorhome with the intention of using it to mostly camp wild for a week with a couple of nights at a campsite. We were told on arrival that the shower had very low pressure and not to expect too much. We were not expecting a power shower but we would have liked to use the shower. We were also told to leave the water pump on at all times which we thought was unusual but we agreed. It wasn't until later when reading earlier reviews did we see that the shower wasn't working previously which made us wonder if the pump was faulty.
We did not break the pump as Phil implied, the pump failed on us. I distinctly remember Sian saying when we returned the vehicle "we should get that pump fixed".
The next inconvenience was the fact there was no cabin heating. This was only pointed out at the last minute with a vague "oh, that doesn't work". We didn't think it would matter as the temperatures hadn't fallen a great deal but after a day walking in the rain one day, we would have appreciated a heater to warm us up while driving.
A faulty water pump and a non existent heater is not the kind of condition I would expect a motorhome to be rented.
I apologised for not cleaning the interior but we were told we should have also jet washed the exterior. After the experience we had gone through we weren't prepared to pay any extra on this motorhome.
This experience has left me very disillusioned with motorhome owners and as a resut I will be deleting my account from Goboony.

We would never hire to Julie and her partner ever again. They brought the van back in an extremely dirty state, both inside and outside. The inside and outside were covered in mud. It took us many hours to get it back to the condition they hired it. The renters claimed they brought the van back clean, luckily we had taken lots of photos and a video and so they had to pay the cleaning charge. They also brought the van back with a broken water pump which cost £300 to repair. Yes, we agree the water pump was not powerful, but it worked fine when they took the van. I never said "we should get the pump fixed", why would I if it wasn't broken. The heater in the cab broke the day before the hire, (fixed now) not enough time to get it fixed, we explained the problem and they said it would be fine. The heating in the van area is great, so not sure why they didn't use that if they were cold. Luckily, Julie is disillusioned with motorhome owners, so no other motorhome owners will have to experience such disrespect.
