We had a great trip. Russell was extremely helpful showing us how everything worked and giving tips on driving and parking. The van was i good condition with everything we needed. We will definitely book through him again!

Horrific experience- van was filthy (even dirty dishes in cupboard) . Mattress soiled & stunk of urine that they had tried and failed to mask , all upholstery filthy and smelly. Advertiser does not care in the slightest and refused to take accountability for the substandard vehicle. Lots of things broken, cookware useless cheap rubbish….spent hours cleaning it myself so my kids could have some kind of holiday.
Have opened a dispute with goboony and if no joy there then will go to banks and small claims court to get this cowboy held accountable for ripping people off. He talks the talk but it’s all BS when there’s a problem. Avoid this person at all

The hirers partner returned the van and stated that he didn’t know what she was talking about and was in fact ocd. He also said the kids fought the entire trip and that’s possibly why she has not enjoyed the experience. What is not in the hirers exaggerated review is that the van they had originally ordered was badly damaged and we only knew of this happening a few hrs before they arrived - having travelled a fair distance to collect we pulled out the stops to replace the van and ensure her kids had some sort of holiday explained it had all been a bit of a rush. I’m sure if you check out the many reviews Iv had online that I’m definitely not a cowboy - care 100 % about people having great trips but when someone is unreasonable I won’t be taking any action ( I did offer a discount by paying for fuel if supplied receipts but none were presented on return. I would not hire a 24 plate £70k motorhome to this lady again .

Motorhome was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four plus a dog. Owner was friendly and helpful when required.
Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

This is not the case, firstly the hire was much less than quoted on review. I did what I could even offered alternative campers to this lady however instead of turning up at the appointed time to make a final decision she was in an airport - doesn’t sound like someone who was ready for a campervan adventure. Had they decided none of the vans were safe enough for their child I would have been left out of pocket but much rather that than have worried parents. It’s worth noting that many parents of young kids have hired this camper - I checked my liability insurance and they demanded I did not confirm safety until the model of car seat was fitted. There’s always two sides to a story in my opinion and Charlotte has posted a very unfair and factually incorrect timeline of events . We have 4 children ourselves and respect child safety. Had we not then I’m sure this would’ve gone ahead had she but decided in advance to make other plans then blame goboony for not getting in touch with me to anticipate their non arrival. I am 100% satisfied that I acted in an appropriate manner and after goboony investigated they agreed with me. I would do the same with any other parents . Hopefully if reading these contrasting reviews you won’t be worried by the unfounded accusations of travellers who had an alternative agenda , we have over a hundred 5 star reviews for our service and will continue to do the right thing by our customers.
