I had never used this service before and was very unsure of the process but it really is easy.
I found the whole experience pleasant and personable.
Communication with Sophie beforehand was very good and Dan was great showing us around the van and giving us the run-down of everything.
"Claude" is very cosy and the pics do not do it Justice.
We would definitely use this service again!
