Luca was really kind and very helpful, both in terms of schedule and time dedicated to explaining the camper and its characteristics. The camper is the reflection of the passion that Luca puts into managing the vehicle. The camper has everything we need and for 2 days out of 3 we traveled and lived in the camper in complete autonomy, without the need for water or electricity supplies. For us (a family trip of 6 with 4 children) it was the first time ever in a camper and...we would leave again tomorrow!
Magnificent vacation that started with the collection of the camper: Luca was very kind and above all very honest in acknowledging a small defect due to the previous renter that should not have been charged to us. The feather in the cap is the fact that the camper was delivered to us completely sanitized and ready for departure (full of clear water and a box ready for use). Finally, we were able to manage the delivery with a few hours delay. For the rest, the camper is fabulous: lots of space and good power to tackle even fairly challenging climbs. The only flaw: with the bikes stored outside, the dimensions are challenging (about 8.5 m) ... we already had experience with a camper of the same size, but for the first experience it can be challenging. Thanks again Luca, we will definitely talk in the future!
The handover with Luca went very well. He showed us around the camper, showing us where there were already scratches, and we took all the necessary photos. During our vacation, he was always available, both providing remote assistance and waiting for us without any problems due to traffic.
