Joey is an excellent compact motor home ideal for a couple. David has maintained it very well and gave us a great handover covering everything we needed to know. Very helpfully he let us collect it early to facilitate getting across to a Jazz and Blues festival in the Yorkshire Wolds, that started in the evening. It was the perfect base for the festival: comfortable bed, good size fridge, ample awning space. I would strongly recommend hiring from David.

The van is amazing, had no issues with it. Great runner and nice drive. Done many miles in it in comfort. David was amazing always available when we had any questions. Would highly recommend this Motorhome for anyone looking to hire. This was our first trip in a motorhome and everything was easy to use as David showed us everything we needed to know before setting off.

Fabulous little motorhome, great for our first trip without a tent! Easy to drive and just the right size for two adults. David (the owner) explained everything in detail before we set off and what to do in case of emergencies. Having access to written information also helped as we did need to refresh ourselves once we pitched up. Well looked after motorhome, clean and lots of camp essentials thrown in. We would recommend David and 'Joey' to anyone wanting a small motorhome or a first time experience. We might even consider 'Joeys' bigger brother next time.

Joey was a pleasure to drive and all of its components were easy to understand and use during our trip around Scotland. We encountered no issues with the van and we think it is the perfect size for couples.

What an amazing experience David and Joey gave us for our 1st Road Trip, we went down to Silverstone for the F1 weekend to see LH44 win. Communication from David was excellent from start to finish... handover was seamless and David took the time to show me all of the features of Joey inside and out and the 'users folder' came in very handy. I had a couple of questions once we got to the Campsite and David answered them straight away. Joey was a fantastic drive and I'm sure he enjoyed the time at Silverstone with his 'mates' too :) All David asks is that you treat Joey with respect and as if it were your own, and we did and in return Joey gave us an amazing weekend to treasure and save into our memory box. We've got the bug and will definitely be back ! Thanks David & Joey

I really enjoyed using Joey. David was really helpful beforehand. I was able to see it and test drive it beforehand so I was very confident about being able to drive it. It was very well set up inside with everything that you would need and very clean. The weather was not brilliant but I was very comfortable in the motorhome. I can happily recommend it.

Had a brilliant 4days in joey what a great little van.. was a last minute thing so all abit rushed but me and my lad had such a great time took joey up to john o grotes and then through Glencoe utterly brilliant.the van was great on fuel and nice and easy to drive, David was just great very pleasant and informative very helpful would highly recommend using him as hopefully i will be again in the future 👍

Joey is amazing!!! This was our first time hiring a motorhome, and what a great experience we had travelling around the west coast of Scotland. From the initial enquiry to retuning Joey home, we couldn’t fault anything at all! David was extremely helpful answering questions we had, even throughout our trip when we needed a bit of advice on one of the components, which made our first time feel like a breeze. Response times to queries ahead of collection were extremely quick, and the tour around Joey at the beginning was super efficient.
The cleanliness was impeccable and it had everything you needed incl. toilet roll, hand wash, cooking oil, tea, coffee and sugar. David even popped a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge.. he thought of everything!
We would recommend hiring Joey to anyone, in fact, we have done so already to family and friends.

We had a fantastic adventure in Joey on our road trip around Devon, Cornwall and the West coast of Wales - he was really well-equipped and had everything we needed for two weeks. David had thought of everything, even down to cooking oil and a pint of milk, and gave us a really thorough introduction and orientation when we arrived for pick-up, so everything went very smoothly. The driving was a breeze and because Joey is relatively compact, negotiating minor roads was fine; I absolutely loved my time behind the wheel. Highly recommended!

Just spent an amazing week in 'Joey' exploring Scotland. We would not have done this journey any other way! Our first time hiring a motorhome and loved every minute. David gave us clear instructions and provided a super manual which contained absolutely everything about 'Joey'. What a wonderful way to travel and certainly one we thoroughly enjoyed!

We spent an amazing 5 days in Joey for my husbands 40th , travelling around the Scottish highlands.
Joey is perfect for 2 he has everything you need for cooking, the bed is really comfortable and really lovely to drive ( the husband says !) . We actually didn’t spend as much on fuel as we thought we would either as he’s very efficient!
The owners Nicky and David are really nice genuine people and made sure to take us through all the ins and outs and were available on call for any queries we had.
Honestly best holiday we’ve ever had an amazing experience, and made some precious memories.
If your debating on whether to hire him do it you won’t regret it !

We have just spent a lovely week in this motorhome, David was very easy to talk to and showed us all around the motorhome. The motorhome was very clean and had evrything in it we needed,enjoyed sitting outside on the chairs. Overall very comfortable and good value for money.
