Hi we are glad you were overall happy with your experience in our motorhome. I’m sorry you felt the times were solely to suit ourselves but the drop off and collection times were clearly stated and available to you before you confirmed your booking, that being said you phoned whilst away with Oscar and requested to drop the motorhome back late the evening prior to your actual return date and we obliged willingly. I’m sorry you were offended that we asked if you would mind leaving car keys with us, at no point did we demand this and you could have said no, it’s just because we live where the cars are parked and if an alarm were to go if we would have no way of switching this off.
