We’re a retired couple (and a dog), and it was our first time hiring a campervan, to judge if we want to buy one.
We hired for 4 days around the Peak District and N.Yorkshire.
Communication with Alex was friendly, clear and prompt, and he was flexible regarding collection and return timing.
Alex has built his van to be thoughtfully-equipped and remarkably off-grid capable. We found the full-size bed very comfortable, and the van included everything you could need. It’s quite imposing with all-terrain tyres, top box and the inspired rooftop viewing platform.
We greatly enjoyed the experience, and if we don’t buy, would certainly consider renting Alex’s van again.
