Karen the host, was truly AMAZING. Her flexibility with pick up and drop off times was outstanding and everything was ready for us including a full tank of fuel, gas and fresh water, so we were ready to go.
The van had so many extras we didn't expect, such as pillows and throws, even a barbecue and camping chairs, it was so well equipped with everything we needed, we only needed bedding and towels.
As a host, we cannot fault Karen's outstanding service, thank you.
