Key collection was very simple, and the location is extremely convenient, with easy access from the airport by bus or taxi. The instructions were brief, but a YouTube video was available, which was helpful. Mike always responded quickly to my questions.
The stay was very pleasant. The campervan is fully functional and met our expectations. Fuel consumption was also reasonable.
The only points for improvement would be to offer a service including bed linen and bath towels, and to provide a full gas bottle, which would avoid losing time refilling it. The cleaning was acceptable but could be improved, especially regarding the dishes.
Overall, everything was great, and I would rent it again with great pleasure.
