From the very first contact, they were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything with patience, kindness and professionalism. Before our trip, they sent us detailed videos that made everything easy to understand and gave us confidence from day one.
When we collected the motorhome, we immediately felt welcomed and cared for. Mel and Annie treated us with such warmth and kindness that they felt more like family than rental hosts.
Throughout the entire trip, they were always available whenever we had a question, responding quickly and helpfully. That level of support is invaluable when travelling through remote places such as Orkney and Shetland.
The motorhome was spotless and performed perfectly throughout our journey. Everything worked exactly as explained, and the collection and return process was smooth and stress-free.
The motorhome was excellent, but what truly made the difference was Mel and Annie. Their kindness, support and genuine care gave us complete confidence throughout the entire trip.
