The van does have electricity. I can only appologies for the charging ports not working on your trip. This is a new issue since the last hire, which only returned the evening before your booking. The van is booked in with my auto-electrician this week to be repaired.
All of the electric lights in the van were functional, so I feel it is unfair to say there was no electrics.
