The handover with Tom was perfect - he was really helpful in terms of explaining how everything worked, super friendly and made us feel really confident and realxed about the whole thing. He even sent over a helpful video in case we got stuck whilst away (though was also happy for us to get in touch :))
the van was lovely, really well equipped with everything we could need and made our 'camping weekend' perfect.
