I could say that Joe was a serious and honest host since even before starting the journey. Things like providing clear instructions on how to use the van, the known caveats and how to fix them and a meticulous attention to detail that you could just see by stepping into Fairy, made us feel very relaxed and confident we were going to have a pleasant journey.
But that wouldn't make justice to how Joe and his family helped us. I won't go into details, just to mention that, completely unrelated to this particular van, all our personal belongings were stolen during a visit to Avesbury Stone circle in the National Trust parking. We just forgot to lock the van and someone took advantage while we were away (drivers, beware). But this is not important. What is important is how Joe helped us after knowing what had happened. During these situations you can see the real nature of people. All I can say is that you can trust Joe and, of course, a big thank you again for your support.
Fairy is a nice van, easy to drive and confortable for a small family as ours. It's totally equipped, clean and in good condition. I do recommend it.
