The campervan was great! We had 2 nights away and really enjoyed it, a very practical vehicle. Converting the seats to a bed was no problem, but there was no 'mattress topper' and the seat pads were quite firm so I would recommend taking a topper (small double) or extra sleeping bags / blankets for padding to sleep on.
You will need washing up liquid - sponge and tea towel were provided. An electric kettle and microwave were available but only work with electric hook up - you would otherwise need to take a camping kettle. Plates, cups, glasses, bowls, measuring jugs were provided, and some cutlery, tin opener, frying pan and saucepans but no wooden / plastic spoon for cooking / serving. The owners were really flexible / generous with collection and drop off time, which we appreciated, and showed us how everything worked. The van was indeed spotlessly clean, both inside and out - it was expected to be returned having been cleaned to the same standard, with the option to pay £30 cash on return for not having it cleaned thoroughly first.
