Overall, everything was fine, however the boiler was not working. This is understandably something you cannot easily detect at the time of vehicle handover, as it requires time for heating and proper testing. We reported the issue already on the first day, but unfortunately we did not receive any meaningful assistance. We were only told that “the boiler is working” and that we were probably using it incorrectly. This was not the case. The water pump was functioning and switched on, and the vehicle’s 110-liter fresh water tank was full. However, the boiler was not receiving any water supply, its tank was empty, and therefore the system could not operate properly (it was likely airlocked or defective). We responded immediately to all questions, documented everything with photos, and every requested check was confirmed to be correct – yet the issue was still not resolved. As a result, we had to shower in approximately 18°C water for an entire week. Aside from this issue, everything else was fine and we truly enjoyed the trip. We kindly ask the owner to ensure that similar problems are addressed immediately in the future, especially considering that on the first day we were parked only 15 minutes away from the pickup location. We also encourage more attentive and supportive communication with renters. Despite this experience, we would still be happy to rent from you again in the future.
