We were very happy overall with the rental and our communication with Borja. Communication before and during the trip was easy, quick and friendly. He was also flexible with the pickup and return times and tried to make everything work well for us. The motorhome itself was very suitable for our trip. One thing that is useful to know is that some equipment needs to be booked separately. We added things such as bed linen, towels, the kitchen kit and some other extras. Once these are selected, though, the motorhome is very well equipped and you hardly need to bring anything else yourself. The handover and explanation of the motorhome were straightforward. We especially appreciated the airport transfer and the agreed late checkout, which made both our arrival and departure much more relaxed. Everything after the return was also handled transparently and fairly. The deposit settlement was clear and any small points were communicated openly. Overall, a very pleasant rental experience and a good choice for a motorhome trip around Barcelona. Thank you, Borja!
We had a great time in Spain. The RV was in great condition. Everything was clean and new. The communication with Borja was also excellent. He helped us getting to the RV and answered all our questions before during and after the trip quick and professionally. He also gave us some secret spots where to go, which where amazing. During the trip we got a small damage on the window. Borja was very understanding and even gave us a discount on the repair. Overall a great experience! If you want to book an RV around Barcelona I totally recommend Borja. Everything was easy and hassle free.
We had a fantastic experience renting this motorhome for our 8‑day family trip through Catalonia. The vehicle was completely new, beautifully equipped, and very comfortable. The owner was always available, offering great route suggestions and useful travel apps, which made our journey even easier. The motorhome had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, excellent beds, plenty of space, and a smart layout. Driving and parking were simple thanks to the rear‑view camera, sensors, and phone connectivity for navigation. Full insurance was already included, so no extra coverage was necessary. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful family adventure and can highly recommend this motorhome — especially the Benimar model — for anyone planning a trip in Spain.
