A notre arrivée une collègue de Filipe nous a accueillis pour la réception du camping car. Tour du véhicule et explication du fonctionnement parfaite. Après test des robinets malheureusement rien ne fonctionné...Problème qui a persisté et nous avons été redirigé vers un sois disant mécanicien au pied d'immeuble et en pleine chaleur! 4H plus tard le problème été toujours pas résolu donc nous avons décidé de continuer le voyage sans eau dans le camping car..... Au lendemain j'ai réussi à trouver la panne et nous avons pu continuer notre séjour avec de l'eau dans le camping car mais l'eau chaude ne fonctionner pas! Malgré ce problème nous avons passé une excellente semaine à bord. Camping car confortable, très maniable et bien équipé. Au retour nous avons retrouvé la collègue de Filipe et tout été ok. Filipe à toujours été joignable et disponible pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés et nous a fait un geste de dédommagement.

We rented this motorhome from Filipe in September/October and had a really wonderful holiday with it. Below, I’d like to share our – entirely subjective – impressions, so that future renters know what to expect, and Filipe receives some feedback on where there might still be room for improvement. The vehicle (Bürstner Ixeo Time IT 710 G, Edition 30) drives very comfortably; the engine and transmission run smoothly. The automatic toll collection was especially convenient, and Apple CarPlay made navigation much easier. The large refrigerator and generous storage space are real plus points, and the bed is comfortable – we slept excellently. However, a few things should be checked: the table wobbles considerably, the floor in the kitchen area has a crack, the awning was damaged, and the right exterior mirror was only temporarily fixed. In addition, the first-aid kit was expired, and the windshield washer tank was empty. These are not major issues, but they are safety-relevant and should be addressed before the next rental. As for accessories, everything essential was on board, but mostly in basic quality. We added a few small items (glasses, knives, cups) from the supermarket – little things that would noticeably improve comfort if they were included from the start. Communication with Filipe was always friendly, straightforward, and quick. He was very responsive to any questions, and the return process was smooth. Only the handover location was changed at short notice, but that was manageable. Overall, we were left with the impression of a friendly and reliable owner and a solid vehicle with some minor flaws. My personal conclusion: the price-performance ratio could be better, but many of the issues can easily be fixed. For me personally, around 3.5 out of 5 stars.
