Autoconstruction Peugeot Boxer

This van was built slowly and carefully, with comfort, calm, and real use in mind. It’s not a mass-produced rental vehicle—it’s handcrafted, made to be lived in, and ready for those who value feeling at home on the road.

The interior is warm and spacious, with a natural wood finish and soft lighting. There’s a large fixed double bed and a generous table that seats up to four—for meals, work, or just sitting with the doors open, watching the light shift outside. The seating also converts into an additional single bed if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (65L with a small freezer compartment), sink, stovetop, and the basics for cooking. There’s an outdoor shower, a heated indoor shower (converted from the seating area), heating for cooler nights, and a discreetly tucked-away toilet for ease and comfort.

The van is fully off-grid capable, with a robust solar power system that charges phones, laptops and other essentials, plus an 80L fresh water tank—perfect for wild camping or remote spots. It also plugs easily into shore power at campsites.

Driving is smooth and easy. This is a longer wheelbase van (L3H2), so there’s room to stand and stretch out, but it still handles well on winding roads and feels balanced and comfortable behind the wheel.

This is my personal van, now occasionally available to share with others who’ll appreciate it. I’m happy to offer tips and favourite spots, or give you the space to settle in and shape your own adventure.
