We rented the motorhome at short notice in an emergency situation because our engine had broken down. When we handed it over, the landlord was very nice and trustworthy. The handover was very brief. He explained some of the functions to us. The tank was less than 1/4 full. He apologized that it wasn't clean, which we accepted. He showed us how to darken the windows, but only the side that wasn't broken. Because of the trust we felt, we signed the protocol without translation. When we were preparing for the night on the first evening, we noticed that the blackout on the passenger side was broken. We didn't use any gas. Before we returned, we had to ask the landlord to drain the waste water tank. We handed over the motorhome with more than 1/4 fuel, empty grey water and toilet tanks and with the available cleaning options. The entire deposit was frozen for damage that we didn't cause. In order to get at least part of our deposit back, we had to accept the unjustified cost claim. We are very dissatisfied with the procedure and the handling and unfortunately cannot recommend the landlord.

Gianprimo è stato eccezionale oltre ad essere molto preciso nel passaggio di consegne nell'illustrarci le caratteristiche del mezzo, è stato anche cordialissimo. Con la mia famiglia avevamo pensato di fare un viaggio in Austria e Baviera per una settimana. In tre persone ci siamo stati comodamente. Il camper è maneggevole, compatto, ma allo stesso tempo ottimo per tre persone con spazio a sufficienza per poterne godere a pieno per i momenti di relax.

Camper semplicemente perfetto. Gianprimo, oltre ad essere una persona squisita, ha documentato ogni minimo dettaglio di quello che riguarda la gestione del mezzo ed è stato come avere un consulente dedicato sempre disponibile per tutta la durata del viaggio.
