Unfortunately we couldn’t use the motorhome as when we arrived on site we were unable to open the side door into the living/ sleeping area. Tom did what he could a locksmith came and tried for over 2 hours but failed. Tom was as helpful as he could be and has refunded his part of our fee but all in all it was very disappointing more so as it was a gift for my husbands 80th birthday! We did get to Buaulieu motor museum tho, which was the highlight of the trip and Tom paid for an overnight hotel stay for us. Very disappointed tho wanted the outdoor experience in the forest!
