We had a wonderful time renting this gorgeous campervan. We had it for a brief weekend to test whether we would like to own one in the future, and it was awesome. We drove it North Wales and slept the night by a lake one night, and the sea the next. The van was easy and convenient to use and in an excellent clean condition. Mark and Karen were lovely to deal with and very helpful in sending demo videos and general communication. We would be delighted to rent it again one day. Many thanks - Craig and Sapphire.

Karen and Mark were fantastic hosts from start to finish. Karen was extremely prompt in replying and lovely every step of the way. Mark sent us helpful videos to help us set up the van which was spotless when we picked it up. They had thought of absolutely everything in the van which made the holiday fantastic - the small details (bottle opener, extra blankets, coffee, cleaning products, tea lights etc) really made the trip extra special. We had an amazing week in the campervan travelling Wales, despite the weather, and don’t have a negative thing to say. We only wish we’d been able to keep the van! Mark dropped us off at the train station when we returned which we really appreciated. Thanks so much to Mark and Karen.

Mark and Karen were so friendly and helpful right from the start. Very prompt in confirming our booking initially and then quick in replying to any messages.
When we arrived to collect the van Karen met us and showed us around the van, explaining everything to us.
The van was so well equipped containing everything we might need including some things we may not even have thought of!
We had a lovely few days away and this helped us in our decision to buy a van of our own.
On return we were met again by Karen who was friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend and thanks once again Mark and Karen.

If you are not an UK resident do not rent this van. Mark and Karen were very sweet and helpful when I went to pick up but we ended up being unable to hire the van because you currently cannot get insured on it as an EU resident (July 2022). Mark and Karen were not aware of this and the responsibility fell on us to have researched enough to know that we could not use the insurance company they suggested (we spent 4 days researching before we gave up). We ended up paying 135 GBP for nothing – 100 of which went to the Mark and Karen for cleaning the car.

I would wholeheartedly recommend renting this great van from Mark and Karen, it’s an easy comfortable ride and safe place to sleep. The van is immaculate with everything you could need (and more), Mark sent helpful videos of how things in the van worked and Karen has supplied home comforts.
I only wish I had longer to spend in it, exploring more of Wales.
I would definitely chose to rent this van again for my next adventure.

We rented the VW from Mark and Karen roughly 2 months ago. The van was beautiful and they were both very accommodating. We took it round Snowdonia for 4 days and had no issues. We will absolutely rent from Mark and Karen again!

Myself, my partner and 2 children had the most amazing weekend in this camper. Mark and Karen were great from start to finish. They sent us videos showing us how to use certain things in the camper which was handy. There was great communication from start to finish. The camper itself has everything you could need and was so easy to drive and set up. We were gutted we had to hand it back. We will be booking again for sure.
